Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, will conduct a public hearing at the Taycheedah Town Hall, W4295 Kiekhaefer Parkway, on Wednesday, September 21^st, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., for the following:

Consider the amendments of two (2) Conditional Use Permits for non-metallic mineral extraction for:
- Northeast Asphalt, Inc.
  - Northeast Asphalt Quarry
  - Tim and Daniel Simon Quarry
Consider the amendments of one (1) Conditional Use Permit for a dog daycare/kennel for:
- JNJT LLC.
  - Peebles Play and Stay Kennel
Consider a variance request for a steel roofing system by:
- Scott Rauch for the following property:
  - W3960 Fishermans Road

All affected and interested parties are encouraged to attend and be heard. The Town Board members may be in attendance.
