LEGAL NOTICE

 

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will conduct a public hearing on Monday September 26th, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Town Board on the petition of Marc Fett and James Fett to rezone a portion of the following described property from R-1 Single Family Residential with Public Sewer to A-2 General Agriculture.

 

Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Town 16 North, Range 18 East, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin consisting of approximately 2.35 acres.

 

The property is located at T20-16-18-99-DE-304-00 Deadwood Point out lot, Fond du Lac.

 

Town Board members may be in attendance during the Plan Commission hearing.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will meet on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the recommendation of the Plan Commission and to act on the above petition.

 

Immediately following the 6:30 p.m. hearing

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will conduct a public hearing on Monday, September 26, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Town Board on the petition of Justin Schlegel to rezone the following described property from B-1 Business District with Public Sewer to R-1 Single Family Residential with Public Sewer.

 

Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Town 16 North, Range 18 East, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin consisting of approximately 1.25 acres.

 

The property is located at N9178 US Hwy 151, Fond du Lac.

 

Town Board members may be in attendance during the Plan Commission hearing.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will meet on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the recommendation of the Plan Commission and to act on the above petition.
