September 27, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Taycheedah Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Monday, September 27^th, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of considering a request from Tim Krawczyk to renew the Conditional Use Permit to operate his auto service and repair auto sales at the following location:

The NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 32 & SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 29, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, consisting of 4.329 acres of property.

The site is located at N7680 Beverly Parkway in the Town of Taycheedah.

Immediately following the conclusion of the above hearing:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Taycheedah Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Monday, September 27^th, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering a variance request submitted by Frank & Deanne Villaire. The Villaires request an exception to the Taycheedah Code of Ordinances Section 13-1-140, Accessory Uses or Structures. Their structure has a roof pitch exceeding the steepest roof pitch of their house and has pole barn steel siding that is not allowed in an R-1 zoned district. The structure is at the following location:

The SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 16, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, consisting of 3.20 acres of property.

The property is located at the N8527 Lakeview Drive.

A quorum of the Town Board may be in attendance.

All affected and interested parties are encouraged to attend.
