LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 21^st, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Town Board on the petition of Kevin & Tina Treffert to rezone the following described property from Business District with Public Sewer (B-1) to General Agriculture (A-2).

Parcel:

Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 16 North, Range 18 East, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin consisting of approximately 2.929 acres.

Easement Portion:

Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 16 North, Range 18 East, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, 50’ running parallel along the South and West lines of the lot consisting of approximately 1 acre.

The property is located at W4014 County Road WH.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will meet on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the recommendation of the Plan Commission and to act on the above petition.

Town Board members may be in attendance during the Plan Commission hearing.
