LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will meet on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making recommendations to the Town Board regarding the following amendments to the Zoning Code:
- Section 13-1-25: Roof Slopes and Eaves Dimensions for Dwellings, Accessory Buildings and Garages
- Section 13-1-90: Traffic Visibility
- Section 13-1-92: Parking Requirements
- Section 13-1-121: Noise
- Section 15-1-14: Fees and Bonds
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will meet on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the recommendations of the Plan Commission and to act on the amendments to the Zoning Code noted above.
Town Board members may be in attendance during the Plan Commission hearing.
