1. Call to order.
2. Annual review of insurance coverage with Shawn Andrew, Rural Mutual Ins. Co.
3. Approval of the minutes of the 1/4/2024 meeting.
4. Discussion and possible action regarding operational issues:
   1. • Meter station.
      • Lift stations.
      • Grinder pump stations.
      • Clearwater remediation and televising.
      • Other operational reports.
5. Consideration and possible acceptance of a quote for sewer main televising.
6. Discussion and possible action to hire a preventative maintenance and emergency response provider.
7. Approval of District bills.
8. Schedule the next meeting.
9. Adjournment.
