  1. Call to order.
  2. Consideration and possible approval of a Resolution Authorizing the Sanitary District to Borrow no more than $403,648.28 from Hometown Bank, pursuant to Section 67.12(12), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purpose of refinancing existing debt.
  3. Consideration and possible authorization to transfer the Debt Service Account to Hometown Bank.
  4. Public comment.
  5. Adjournment.
