3. Discussion and possible action regarding operational issues:

a. Meter station.

b. Lift stations.

c. Grinder pump stations.

d. Clearwater inspections.

e. Other operational reports.

4. Review and approval of the 2022 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR), as required by the DNR.

5. Approval of District bills.

6. Schedule the next meeting.

7. Adjournment.
