1. Call to order.
2. Approval of minutes of the 10/3/18 meeting.
3. Discussion and possible action regarding operational issues:
   • Lift stations.
   • Grinder pump stations.
   • Odor issues.
   • Other operational issues.
4. Discuss the draft Operation & Maintenance Agreement submitted by Taycheedah Sanitary District #1.
5. Approval of District bills.
6. Consideration and possible approval to levy a tax against all real and personal property for tax year 2018.
7. Discuss the application of late charges on quarterly bills.
8. Schedule the next meeting.
