  2. Approval of minutes of the 11/5/2020 meeting.
  3. Discussion and possible action regarding operational issues:
    • Meter station.
    • Lift stations.
    • Grinder pump stations.
    • Odor issues.
    • Other operational issues.
  4. Approval of District bills.
  5. Discuss refinancing remaining debt.
  6. Agreement for the Allocation of Costs and Transportation of Wastewater Between Taycheedah Sanitary District No. 1 and Johnsburg Sanitary District.
  7. Schedule the next meeting.
  8. Adjournment.
