PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will conduct a public hearing on Monday, December 14^th, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Town Board to rezone the following described properties:

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will conduct a public hearing on Monday, December 14^th, 2020 at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Town Board regarding amendments to the Town’s zoning ordinance regarding structures exterior wall height and adherence to specific measurements regarding the wall height, Building Code definitions, clarity and adherence to WI Administrative Codes and a consolidated location for all related fees.

Immediately following the 6:00 p.m. hearing

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will meet on Monday, December 14^th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the recommendation of the Plan Commission and to act on the above petition.
