Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of the minutes of the 8/20/2025 and 9/16/2025 meetings.

Approval of bills.

Sewer System Maintenance:

1. Consideration and possible action regarding general maintenance and operational issues.
   1. Meter stations.
   2. Lift Stations.
   3. Grinder pump stations.
   4. Clearwater elimination.
   5. Other maintenance and operational issues.

Unfinished Business: No unfinished business.

New Business:

1. Ratify to renewal of the CD at Associated Bank for a term of six months at a rate of 3.5%.
2. Consideration and possible acceptance of a letter from National Exchange Bank & Trust regarding J&V Roberts Investments, Inc. Irrevocable Letter of Credit.
