Approval of the minutes of the 5/15/2024 meeting.

Approval of bills.

 

Sewer System Maintenance:
  • Consideration and possible action regarding general maintenance and operational issues.
    1. Meter stations.
    2. Lift Stations.
    3. Grinder pump stations.
    4. Clearwater elimination.
      1. Home inspections.
      2. Televising Report.
    5. Other maintenance and operational issues.

 

New Business:

1)     Consideration and possible acceptance of the Hawk’s Landing second extension.

2)     Consideration and possible action pertaining to the installation of a riser ring at N8341 Maplewood Court and the costs associated.

3)     Consideration and possible approval of the 2023 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR), as required by the DNR.
