Pledge of Allegiance.

Introduce new Commission.

Select Commission Secretary.

Select Commission Treasurer.

Approval of the minutes of the 12/16/2020 meeting.

Approval of bills.

 

Sewer System Maintenance:
  • Consideration and possible action regarding general maintenance and operational issues.
    1. Run time/flow reports and meter stations.
    2. Lift stations and grinder pump stations.
    3. Spring televising.
    4. Other maintenance and operational issues.

 

Unfinished Business:
  • Review capacity details.

 

New Business:
  • Review and approve district investment information.
  • Discuss updating sewer map.
  • Discuss and approve meeting dates and times.
  • Report on Outlying Sewer Group January meeting.
  • Discuss quarterly newsletter for the next billing.
  • Review Recording Secretary’s job description, duties, requirements and compensation.
