1. Consideration and possible action regarding general maintenance and operational issues.
   • Run time/flow reports.
   • Lift stations and grinder pump stations.
   • Schedule cleaning and repairs to two lift stations.
   • Televising status report and informational flyer.
   • Other maintenance and operational issues.
2. Clearwater inspections.

1. Consideration and possible approval of the 2019 Tax Levy, to be paid in 2020.
2. Report regarding the OSG Annual Meeting.
