Call to order.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of the minutes of the 8/28/19 meeting.

Approval of bills.

Closed Session:

The Commission intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) for the purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. During the closed session, the Commission will discuss the intergovernmental agreement with Taycheedah Sanitary District No. 1.

Sewer System Maintenance:

1. Consideration and possible action regarding general maintenance and operational issues.
   1. Run time/flow reports.
   2. Lift stations and grinder pump stations.  Schedule cleaning and repairs to two lift stations.
   3. Televising quotes and repairs.
   4. Other maintenance and operational issues.
2. Clearwater inspections.

Schedule the next meeting.
