New Business
  1. Schwartz: Hearing Invoice Dispute
  2. The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis.Stat.19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved and pursuant to Wis.Stat.19.85 (1)(g) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. During the closed session, the Board will discuss the Schwartz invoice dispute.  (Roll Call Vote Required).
  3. Reconvene into open session with possible action related to the subject matter of the closed session.
  4. Waterway Marker Permit: Revised for Roosevelt Park
  5. Chicken Permit: Bauer
  6. Liquor License: St. Johnsburg Athletic Club, St. Peter Athletic Club
  7. Operator’s License: various
  8. Culvert/Permits: continued discussion from March 2024 meeting
