PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 13, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Taycheedah Town Hall, W4295 Kiekhaefer Parkway, Fond du Lac, WI, the Town Board will be conducting a hearing on a proposed discontinuation of a portion of a public way pursuant to Wis. Stat. 66.1003. The public way to be discontinued is known as Ashberry Avenue. It is located in Section Nineteen, Township Sixteen North, Range 18 East in the Town of Taycheedah and being described as follows:
A part of Government Lot Three (3), Section Nineteen (19), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Eighteen (18) East, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin containing 5,928 square feet (0.136 acres) of land and being described by:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Outlot 5 of Deadwood Point Plat; thence N90°-00’-00”E along an east extension of the North line of said Outlot 5, a distance of 14.00 feet; thence S00°-53’-20”E along a line being 14 feet east of and parallel to the East line of said Outlot 5, a distance of 423.44 feet; thence N90°-00’-00”W along an east extension of the South line of said Outlot 5, a distance of 14.00 feet to the Southeast Corner of said Outlot 5; thence N00°-53’-20”W along the East line of said Outlot 5, a distance of 423.44 feet to the point of beginning; being subject to any and all easements and restrictions of record.
