LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will meet on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making recommendations to the Town Board regarding the following amendments to the Zoning Code:

• Section 13-1-24: Highway Setbacks
• Section 13-1-25: Roof Slopes and Eaves Dimensions for Single Family Dwellings
• Section 13-1-49: R-8 Residential Estate District
• Section 13-1-102: Required Permits for Signs, Canopies, Awnings and Billboards
• Section 13-1-140: Accessory Uses or Structures
• Section 13-1-141: Fences

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will meet on Monday, December 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the recommendations of the Plan Commission and to act on the amendments to the Zoning Code noted above.

Town Board members may be in attendance during the Plan Commission hearing.
