LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 13th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Town Board on the petition of Mitchell Miskov to rezone the following described property from R-1 Single Family Residential to B-1 Business District.
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Town 16 North, Range 18 East, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin consisting of approximately 1.25 acres.
The property is located at N9178 US Hwy 151, Fond du Lac.
Town Board members may be in attendance during the Plan Commission hearing.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will meet on Monday, April 13th, at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the recommendation of the Plan Commission and to act on the above petition.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 13th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Town Board on the petition of Carol Schneider Rev. Trust c/o Amy Weber to rezone the following described property from A-2 General Agriculture to R-7 Lakeside Single-Family Residential.
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Town 16 North, Range 18 East, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin consisting of approximately 2.15 acres.
The property is located south of N8373 Deadwood Point Road, Fond du Lac
Town Board members may be in attendance during the Plan Commission hearing.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will meet on Monday, April 13th, at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the recommendation of the Plan Commission and to act on the above petition.
