  1. Call to order.
  2. Approval of the minutes of the 4/7/2022 monthly meeting.
  3. Discussion and possible action regarding operational issues:
    • Meter station.
    • Lift stations.
    • Grinder pump stations.
    • Other operational reports.
  4. Consideration and possible recommendation regarding a boundary amendment requested by Josh and Alexus Berndt.
  5. Consideration and possible acceptance of the Agreement for the Allocation of Costs and Transportation of Wastewater Between Taycheedah Sanitary District No. 1 and Johnsburg Sanitary District.
  6. Complete the Clearwater Investment Worksheet as required by the OSG Agreement.
  7. Review Annual Report of revenue and expenditures.
  8. Approval of District bills.
  9. Schedule the next meeting.
  10. Adjournment
