4. Discussion and possible action regarding operational issues:
   1. Lift stations
   2. Grinder pump stations
   3. Odor issues
   4. Other operational issues
5.   Discuss the draft Operation & Maintenance Agreement submitted by Taycheedah Sanitary District #1
6. Approval of District bills
7. Schedule the next meeting.
8. Adjournment
