  3. Discussion and possible action regarding operational issues:
    • Meter station replacement.
    • Lift stations.
    • Grinder pump stations.
    • Other operational issues.
  4. Approval of District bills.
  5. Consideration and possible action regarding the refinancing of existing debt.
  6. Schedule the next meeting.
  7. Adjournment
