1. Call to order.
2. Approval of minutes of the 1/7/2021 meeting.
3. Annual review of insurance coverage with Mike Immel & Shaun Andrew, Rural Mutual Insurance.
4. Discussion and possible action regarding operational issues:
   1. Meter station.
   2. Lift stations.
   3. Grinder pump stations.
   4. Odor issues.
   6. Other operational issues.
5. Approval of District bills.
6. Discuss refinancing remaining debt.
7. Agreement for the Allocation of Costs and Transportation of Wastewater Between Taycheedah Sanitary District No. 1 and Johnsburg Sanitary District.
8. Schedule the next meeting.
9. Adjournment.
