NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Sec. 70.45 of Wis. Statutes the assessment roll for the Year 2025 the Assessor will be accepting emails or phone calls beginning Monday, May 19th, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. or any time after you receive your assessment notice for anyone having questions concerning their assessed values up to 48 hours before Board of Review on May 28, 2025.  In-person meetings will be by appointment only.  The email address is bowmarappleton@gmail.com  or call 920-733-5369.

Please call Bowmar Appraisal Inc. any time during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. if you have any questions about your assessment.
