Plan Commission Hearing

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 28th, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Town Board on the petition of Ronald & Jennifer Feyen to rezone the following described property from R-1 Single Family with Public Sewer to General Agriculture (A-2).

Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Town 16 North, Range 18 East, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin consisting of approximately 3.89 acres.

The property is located at W3927 County Road WH.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will meet on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the recommendation of the Plan Commission and to act on the above petition.

Town Board members may be in attendance during the Plan Commission hearing.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 28th, 2019 at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Town Board on the petition of Peter and Susanne Schumacher to rezone the following described property from R-1 Single Family with Public Sewer to General Agriculture (A-2).

Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Town 16 North, Range 18 East, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin consisting of approximately 4.54 acres.

The property is located at W3911 County Road WH.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 28th, 2019 at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Town Board regarding amendments to the Taycheedah’s Zoning Ordinance to achieve consistency with Shoreland Zoning for Fond du Lac County.
