LEGAL NOTICE

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will conduct a public hearing on Monday June 12th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making a recommendation to the Town Board on the petition of Jean Schneider to rezone the following described property to be split from A-1 Exclusive Agriculture to A-2 General Agriculture.  Lot 1 will consist of approximately 13.92 acres.  Lot 2 will consist of approximately 3 acres.  Lot 3 will consist of approximately 17.15 acres.  Proposed Lot 2 will be used as a residence and Lots 1 and 3 will continue to be used for farming.

 

Part of the Southeast of the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Town 15 North, Range 18 East, Town of Taycheedah, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin consisting of approximately 6.27 acres.

 

The property is located at W4127 Golf Course Drive, Fond du Lac.

 

Town Board members may be in attendance during the Plan Commission hearing.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will meet on Monday, June 12th, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the recommendation of the Plan Commission and to act on the above petition.

 

Immediately following the 6:00 p.m. hearing

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plan Commission of the Town of Taycheedah will meet on Monday, June 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall for the purpose of making recommendations to the Town Board regarding the following amendments to the Zoning Code:

 

  • Section 13-1-92: Parking Requirements – Section C
  • Section 13-1-140: Accessory Uses or Structures – Section I and create additional Section(s)
  • Section 13-1-141: Fences – cleanup and create additional Section(s)

 

Town Board members may be in attendance during the Plan Commission hearing.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board will meet on Monday, June 12th, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., at the Taycheedah Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the recommendation of the Plan Commission and to act on the above petition.
