DESCRIPTION:TOWN OF TAYCHEEDAH\nFOND DU LAC COUNTY\, WISCONSIN\nLEGAL NOTICE\n  \nPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday\, March 4\, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Taycheedah Town Hall\, W4295 Kiekhaefer Parkway\, Fond du Lac\, Wisconsin\, the Town of Taycheedah’s Sex Offender Residency Board will be conducting a public hearing on the application of Thomas Michael Schwartz\, who is a sex offender under the terms of the Town of Taycheedah Sex Offender Residency Ordinance\, for an exemption allowing him to reside at W3906 Stoneridge Drive\, Fond du Lac\, WI despite that location being an otherwise prohibited location for the residency of a Sex Offender. At the hearing\, the Sex Offender Residency Board will review the request for a residency exemption in accordance with the standards contained in the Sex Offender Residency Ordinance and make a decision whether to grant an exemption. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. A quorum of the Town Board may be present at the hearing for observation and information gathering purposes but will take no action. \n  \nDated this 15th day of February 2024. \n  \nKristin A.
