Marcoe \nPlan Commission Secretary \n  \nAdditional Information about this hearing: \n  \nThere is a Plan Commission public hearing scheduled for Monday\, September 11\, 2023\, which will cover the following: \n\n6:30 p.m.- public hearing to make a recommendation to the Town Board regarding rezoning several parcels in the Town of Taycheedah.  Wisconsin DATCP certifies our Farmland Preservation Ordinance every 10 years.  During the process we discovered a few parcels not in compliance with Fond du Lac County’s Zoning Map.  The county updates every 5 years with 2025 being the next update.  In the meantime\, we need to match their map\, so our residents do not lose their farmland credit.  In 2025 we will meet again to change these parcels back and have the county include in their update.  Please see the legal notice above for each property’s zoning.\nImmediately following – public hearing to make a recommendation to the Town Board regarding rezoning Dennis & Mary Lefeber’s property at W3896 McCabe Road from B-2 Business District without Public Sewer to R-2 Single Family Residential without Public Sewer.  When the neighboring property was rezoned B-2\, this property was inadvertently included in the rezone and not noticed until recently\n\nPlan Commission 9-11-23 Hearing Meeting Minutes\nLefeber Rezone 9-11-23 Mtg.
