4. Discuss the draft Operation & Maintenance Agreement submitted by Taycheedah Sanitary District #1
5. Approval of District bills
6. Review the 2017 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) as required by the DNR.
7. Schedule the next meeting
