Stat. 19.85 (1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment\, promotion\, appointment\, compensation\, or performance evaluation data of any specific public employee over which the Board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.  During the closed session\, the Board will talk with one candidate interested in the road maintenance position.  Roll call vote required. \nThe Town board intends to take action on matters\, discussed in the closed session\, during the November Town board meeting at 7:00 p.m. \n Adjournment\nKristin A.
