DESCRIPTION:TOWN OF TAYCHEEDAH\nSPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING\nWednesday\, June 17\, 2025\n7:00 p.m.\, at the Town Hall\nAgenda \n\nCall to order.\nRoll Call – Confirm Meeting Notice.\nThe Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(g)\, for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties\, the investing of public funds\, or conducting other specified public business\, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. During a closed session\, the Board will share & discuss the information that was provided during meetings that the town chairman and treasurer were unable to attend regarding the town’s EMS services.
